Fairy's Powder can be used by any player for Fortune Telling, but is also a material used by card masters and alchemists. It is randomly but rarely dropped by every monster, but is very common in dungeons. Due to the high demand in the 2011 Easter event, Fairy Powder ranged from 5k-20k each.
